  • Age: 18–30 years old (18–35 for citizens of the Global South) at the time of the forum
  • Background: Students, young professionals, artists, non-graduates, and changemakers are encouraged to apply

    • Must be a first-time scholarship applicant to EFA (virtual attendees in 2020/2021 may reapply)
    • Fluent English (minimum B2 level, with supporting documentation)

    • Commitment to attend the full duration of the forum (early departure only allowed from August 31 in exceptional cases)
