Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Open to applicants worldwide

- Background: At least 10 years of relevant experience in technical, policy, economic, or societal roles within the Internet ecosystem, including leadership or management experience
- Requirements:
- Currently working in a position or organization addressing digital challenges or digital transformation

- Reliable broadband Internet access and relevant devices
