  • Nationality: Applicants must have citizenship and/or at least five years of residence in the country they wish to represent. U.S. residents are not eligible for the international program.
  • Age: Priority is given to candidates aged 32-45 at the time of the program, though exceptional candidates slightly outside this range may be considered.
  • Background: Proven leadership experience and a strong track record of impact are required. Applicants should demonstrate commitment to lifelong engagement with Eisenhower Fellowships’ mission.

    • Approval from current employer for a full-time leave during the program
