Program Details
The KAS International Scholarship is open to nearly all academic fields, including Engineering, Social Sciences, Political Science, Law, Economics, International Relations, Education, Mathematics, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, Humanities, German Studies, Business Administration, Development Studies, and Cultural Studies. Please note that programs in human medicine, dentistry (state examination), and medical specialization are not eligible.
Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Open to international students from non-EU countries
- German Language Requirement: Minimum B2 proficiency
- For Master’s Applicants: Must plan to enroll in a four-semester program at a German university
- For Bachelor’s Applicants: Must have completed at least two semesters at a German university
- Academic Background: Good to excellent academic record
- Requirements: Active volunteer experience, commitment to democratic values and human rights, willingness to participate in seminars and university group activities
- Personal Qualities: Initiative, open-mindedness, goal orientation, and a desire to build bridges between home country and Germany
