  • Nationality: Open to all non-EU and non-EFTA nationals
  • Romanian citizens are not eligible
  • Applicants who have applied for protection in Romania are not eligible
  • Applicants with long-term residence permits in Romania are not eligible
  • Priority is given to citizens from non-EU and non-EFTA countries
