Romania ARICE Scholarship 2026/27 for International Students

Applications are now open for the fully funded Romania ARICE Scholarship 2026/27, offering international students the chance to pursue Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degrees in Romania. Hosted by the Romanian Agency for Investments and Foreign Trade (ARICE) and the Ministry of Education, this prestigious program provides 40 scholarships each year. • Nationality: Open to all non-EU and non-EFTA nationals
• Romanian citizens are not eligible
• Applicants who have applied for protection in Romania are not eligible
• Applicants with long-term residence permits in Romania are not eligible
