The Jerusalem Fund Summer Internship is a structured, portfolio-based program. Interns are placed in one of four main portfolios based on their interests and the needs of the Fund:
- War, Conflict, and Politics: Focuses on political, diplomatic, and military issues related to Palestine, U.S. foreign policy, and regional dynamics.
- Tech Policy: Explores technology, AI, surveillance, and digital infrastructure in the context of Palestine and the Middle East.
- Arts and Culture: Anchored in Gallery Al-Quds, this portfolio highlights Palestinian arts, culture, and storytelling.
- Humanitarian and Community Resilience: Centers on the human impact of conflict and displacement, as well as stories of resilience and aid.
Interns will engage in research, writing, event planning, archiving, outreach, and digital content creation. The program includes regular cohort meetings, guest sessions, and opportunities to present work at the Interns’ Conference.
