The program includes 13 virtual sessions (approximately 2 hours each), masterclasses with global experts, personalized mentorship, and a culminating in-person summit. Sessions are scheduled to accommodate different time zones, with mornings in Asia and evenings in the United States.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Nationality: Open to U.S. citizens/permanent residents and applicants from Asia-Pacific countries where The Asia Foundation operates (Myanmar, Afghanistan, and Laos applicants must currently reside in the U.S.)
  • Age: 18–25 years old at the start of the program
  • Background: Emerging leaders with a passion for global citizenship and cross-cultural collaboration
  • Requirements:
    • Fluent in English
    • Available for all virtual sessions and the in-person summit
    • Ability to secure a U.S. visa (for Asia-Pacific participants)
